DANO Studios is situated on a 10-acre production campus designed to support a wide range of film, television, commercial, and digital media productions. The property features a planned 15,000-square-foot soundstage, an 11,000-square-foot contemporary mansion that is fully camera-ready, and a dedicated 45 × 45-foot Clean Slate Room for prop storage, set staging, wardrobe, and production support.
The campus also includes a 5-acre wildlife reserve, providing a protected natural backdrop for exterior filming, as well as an adjacent on-property lake, eliminating the need for off-site travel or additional permitting. For talent and production leadership, DANO Studios offers two private executive suites suitable for principal cast, directors, or VIP guests.
Culinary and content creation needs are supported by two production kitchens, including a show-ready kitchen designed for filming and a separate creator kitchen for content production. Outside, productions have access to extensive outdoor filming and hospitality areas, including a luxury pool, outdoor kitchen, dining spaces, and landscaped grounds suitable for events, scenes, and production operations.
