DANO Studios Reservation Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 9, 2026

Clients acknowledge that reservation deposits are intended to secure future production opportunities and priority scheduling consideration for facilities anticipated to become operational on or after March 1, 2027.1. Advance Reservations

DANO Studios is currently accepting advance reservation requests for future production dates.

The earliest available reservation date is March 1, 2027.

Any reservation submitted for dates prior to March 1, 2027 shall be automatically declined.

2. Reservation Deposits

All reservation deposits are required to secure production dates and facility availability.

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:

  • Reservation deposits are non-refundable.

  • Reservation deposits may be applied toward the final booking balance.

  • Submission of a deposit does not grant possession of the facility until DANO Studios issues a written reservation confirmation.

3. Cancellation by Client

If a client cancels a reservation for any reason, all reservation deposits shall be forfeited and retained by DANO Studios as liquidated damages for lost booking opportunities, scheduling costs, and administrative expenses.

No refunds shall be issued for client cancellations except where required by applicable law.

4. Cancellation by DANO Studios

In the event DANO Studios determines that a reserved facility, location, or production asset will not be available for the reserved dates, DANO Studios shall provide written notice to the client.

DANO Studios agrees to provide such notice no later than ninety (90) calendar days before the scheduled reservation start date whenever reasonably possible.

If DANO Studios cancels a confirmed reservation:

  • The client shall receive a refund of all reservation deposits paid to DANO Studios.

  • The refund shall be the client’s sole remedy.

  • DANO Studios shall not be liable for consequential, indirect, incidental, special, or production-related damages.

5. Facility Development Status

The client acknowledges that certain DANO Studios facilities, soundstages, production areas, and support infrastructure may be under construction, renovation, expansion, or development at the time a reservation is made.

Reservation requests are accepted based upon projected operational availability.

DANO Studios reserves the right to modify facility specifications, layouts, amenities, support areas, and production capabilities prior to opening.

6. Production Approval

All reservations are subject to review and approval by DANO Studios.

DANO Studios reserves the right to deny or cancel reservation requests that:

  • Present unreasonable safety risks;

  • Violate applicable laws;

  • Require activities incompatible with the facility;

  • Conflict with existing contractual obligations;

  • Exceed available operational capabilities.

7. Insurance Requirements

Prior to facility access, clients may be required to provide:

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI);

  • General Liability Insurance;

  • Workers’ Compensation coverage where applicable;

  • Additional insured endorsements naming DANO Studios and its affiliates.

Failure to provide required insurance documentation may result in cancellation of the reservation.

8. Facility Rules

Clients are responsible for:

  • Cast and crew conduct;

  • Property protection;

  • Cleanup and restoration of production areas;

  • Compliance with all safety requirements.

Additional fees may be assessed for excessive cleanup, property damage, overtime occupancy, or unauthorized use of restricted areas.

9. Reservation Requests

Submission of a reservation request does not guarantee acceptance.

Production dates remain tentative until confirmed in writing by DANO Studios.
